Track is located south of Lassen on Lindley Ave., in Northridge - take 118 Freeway west of 405 freeway, exit Reseda Blvd. go South on Reseda approx. 2 miles and turn left (East) on Lassen - parking is located at corner of Lassen and Lindley. Track is 2 blocks south on Lindley. Street parking only on east side of street, do not park in neighborhoods. Track is tartan and only 3/16th or smaller spikes are allowed. |

| Entry Deadline: | All entries must be received by Wednesday, June 14th. After that, late registration will be charged. There will be distinctive awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners, including relays. Distinctive ribbons will be awarded to the 4th, 5th, and 6th place finishers. The top 6 (six) finishers will advance to the Region 13 Qualifying meet in San Diego on June 24 & 25th. The top 4 finishers from Region 13 advance to the 2000 AAU Jr. Olympic Games to be held in Orlando, Florida on July 31st thru August 5th. Note: Racewalking & Multis to be held July 29 & 30 in Orlando. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Note: | Regional Meet date the following weekend will require that you pay your registration for San Diego immediately after the Association Meet - be prepared to do it on June 17th after this Association meet. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Protest Procedures | All protests must be made in writing on an official form to the referee. Proper rule reference must be cited in the protest. A $25 deposit must acocmpany all protests. The deposit will be refunded in the event that the protest is upheld & forfeited if the protest is denied. In order to be considered, protest(s) must be made no more than 30 minutes after the results of the event are announced. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Registration: | Official entry forms are enclosed. Please use these forms, and duplicate if necessary. Use a separate form for each boy & girl age group. Athletes will be seeded in lanes based on times submitted. Primary through Midgets may compete in a maximum of 3 events, including relays. Youth and above may compete in 4 events, including relays. Please include each athlete's 2000 AAU number after their name. All athletes must have an AAU number in order to compete. AAU cards will be available at the meet for $10 (or $12 for card with additional insurance benefits.) | ||||||||||||||||||

Athletes need to check out of each field event to go to the running event in the event of a time conflict. Official may combine age groups in an event when participation is limited.
